DESCRIPTION OF THE Meetings
The Barcelona Chamber of Commerce coordinates the individual meetings between sourcing companies and Spanish subcontractors. The procedure is as follows:
> The sourcing companies define the product/activity for the providers interested in making contact.
> We identify the providers who meet the specified requirements and send them to the sourcing companies.
> The sourcing companies accept or reject the interview.
The industrial activities of the providers identified are the following: cast iron and non-cast iron, chipless metal forming, machining, heat and surface treatment, plastics, moulds and patterns, electricity and electronics.
On October 18th, sourcing companies meet with the companies that they have approved. Each company has an individualized schedule of up to 10 interviews of 30 minutes each.
On October 19th, the sourcing company will visit up to two companies that it has selected.
